Canadian privacy law
We design with Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA) in mind, and Quebec's Law 25 where it applies. We help you understand what consent and disclosure your use of AI may need. We're not lawyers — for regulated situations we'll recommend you confirm with your legal advisor.
Where data lives
When it matters for your business, we choose tools and settings that keep data in Canada, and we avoid tools that train on your data. We'll tell you plainly when a tool can't offer that.
You own it
Accounts, workflows, prompts and documentation are set up in your name. If we part ways, everything keeps running.
